We know that you see countless patients so it is imperative that the ongoing problems the patient is dealing with is at your fingertips. The Problems List and Tracking within PracticeStudio is extremely powerful, yet easy to use. You can manage a patient's Problems List at any point during the patient encounter.
Set pre-determined chart items (e.g. specific diagnosis codes, chief complaints, etc.) to automatically forward to the patient's Problems List. The problem list checkbox on the top toolbar can be used at any time during charting for easy documentation.
You can tag each Problems List item with user-defined modifiers on each encounter (e.g. worsening, improving, resolved). PracticeStudio includes a timestamp on each change so that onset, change, and resolution status are maintained.
At times it is important to be able to quickly see the patient's historical problems. Within the Problems List review simply click the "Historical" button and all historical problems will be listed in addition to the current problems.
