Thank you so much for a wonderful training experience. Teresa and I had a fantastic week and can't wait to come back in March for another couple days of training dealing specifically with the insurance part of our system.
It has been 12 years since we have had any in-depth training on the system, with many updates and changes throughout the years. This was a worthwhile experience and We learned a lot about what our system is capable of doing. We can't wait to share all that we have learned with the rest of our team back at the office.
We enjoyed meeting your excellent staff and owners and loved learning more about everyone in the company. It's nice to put a face with the voice and will now feel at ease when we call for support because we are just talking with a friend.
